The master plan integrates the site’s natural features, organizing it into three distinct zones: forest living, farm-based housing, and communal clusters. The northern section will be reforested to accommodate eco-friendly apartments and homes, while the central area will feature farmland with dwellings, greenhouses, and local markets. The southern part will consist of shared living clusters with communal spaces. Pedestrian and cycling paths connect the neighbourhood, fostering accessibility and interaction. A central park will serve as a public recreational space post-fair, and the circular economy toolbox ensures long-term sustainability through pilot projects and experimental initiatives.
